Sanatórium pre liečbu neplodnosti- SPLN spol. s r.o. , registered office: Masarykova 17, 040 01 Košice (hereinafter referred to as the ” Operator “), is the operator of all information systems in which personal data is processed, and which it processes in accordance with the relevant legal regulations.

The operator proceeds with the processing of personal data in accordance with the relevant legal regulations of the Slovak Republic and with the legislation of the European Union, while paying maximum attention to the protection of the privacy of the persons concerned and the protection of their personal data provided to it and which it processes.

Reasons for processing personal data

The processing of obtained and provided personal data is part of the activity of the Operator. Without the provision of personal data and without their processing, he would not be able to provide his services to his clients and other affected persons to the required extent.

Rights of the data subject

The person concerned has the right to:

  2. to correct or delete, or limit the processing of personal data,
  3. to object to the processing of personal data
  4. on the portability of personal data,
  5. submit a complaint or proposal to initiate proceedings to the supervisory authority, which is the Personal Data Protection Office,
  6. revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time.
