Final recommendations
- In the first stimulation of ovulation, the recommended dose of Clomiphene Citrate is 50 – 100 mg for 5 days. If there is no growth of the dominant follicle in the first month, the dose may be increased by 50 mg of Clomiphene Citrate a day.
- The maximum recommended dose is 200 mg per day. Any additional increasing the dose of Clomiphene Citrate has no meaning in terms of the likelihood of becoming pregnant. Continuation of stimulation in the subsequent cycles does not increase the chances of becoming pregnant.
